Welcome to Angelina’s bakery located on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula! Established in 1998 we take great pride in providing exceptional service and offering high-quality pastries to all our valued customers.

What began as a simple passion for baking has evolved over the past 25 years into something absolutely spectacular!

angelina retires:

the start of something new

Once ready to retire, Angelina sold the bakery to the Morales Family. The Morales Family seized the opportunity to continue the baking tradition as their father Rene Morales and grandfather did years before. They eagerly jumped to new endeavors by continuing the traditional European recipes Angelina had perfected years before.

After some years of managing the bakery, and due to the effects of the 2008 recession, one of the Morales Siblings, Acela was tasked to manage and run the bakery alongside her husband Odir Bonilla.

Family Owned and Operated for over 25 years

The Bonilla Morales Family Unit has been managing and running the bakery since the mid-2000s. The goal was to provide an environment filled with quality customer service and quality goods. The bakery very much became and was run as a traditional family business.

The Bonilla-Morales siblings (Odir Jr, Kimberly, Galilea) would work after school and during school breaks where they learned the meaning of hard work and determination. The bakery became the Bonilla Morales Family unit home away from home. The years have shown the fruits of our family’s labor as Angelina’s Bakery has been described as becoming a pillar and partner of the City of Seaside...even earning them a California Senate and California State Assembly Award of Recognition.
