There are multiple ways to place an order.  You can place orders online, in person, or over the phone! Phone orders will require a payment and may be subject to certain processing fees.

We currently do not offer nationwide shipping, but instead offer local delivery to nearby cities such as Monterey, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Carmel, and Marina.

All our deliveries are done in-house to ensure your baked goods get to your desired location in peak condition. Please call our store at 831-394-8808 to arrange delivery.

To ensure each bite is as good as your last, we are not able to make any changes to the ingredients in our products. This includes reducing the amount of sugar or any other substitutions.

We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. Although some of our products do not contain nuts or other allergens, they are all baked in an environment where soy, eggs, nuts, milk, and wheat are present.

Due to the presence of all of these allergens, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to any of these.

Yes! We offer both in-person and take-home cake tastings! Fill out the inquiry form and someone from our team will be in touch with you soon.

Yes! We offer both in-person and electronic gift cards. These make a perfect gift for any event.

We understand sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us directly at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. We handle our cancellations on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of order placed.

As a policy, our perishable treats are final sale.  If there was an issue with your order please contact us directly at the bakery and we will do our best to help you. Each issue is handled on a case-by-case basis.
